KEY DELIVERABLES
Work closely with the AGM-Activation & LSM in driving the brand’s below-the-line (BTL) and local store marketing (LSM) efforts, with the objectives of – - Driving brand awareness and trials, - Driving footfalls in stores .
Local Store Marketing (LSM) – - Support regional operations teams to develop localized plans tailored to specific store catchments, store-level offers and partnerships to boost sales and brand engagement. - Identify and leverage community touchpoints for activation, promotion, branding and visibility - residential areas, corporate offices / parks, educational institutions, clubs etc.
Store location marketing for mall / food court outlets- Leverage mall marketing calendar, available opportunities and other brand tie-ups to drive visibility and footfalls.
New City / New store launches -
Work alongside central marketing and respective regional teams on implementation of new city launch and new store launch playbooks / plans, covering various initiatives such as - PR, influencers, local media plan execution, branding and visibility, local partnerships etc.
Activations and Events -
Brand participation and presence in relevant small and large format events (city-specific or multi-city) - Coordinate with vendors and brand partners for branding material, event setups and promotions. - Track performance of activations through KPIs such as footfall, trials and conversion. Others - Analyse campaigns performance and put together MIS reports on footfalls, sales uplift, other KPI’s - Competitive analysis and consumer insights from the regional catchments - Agency and vendor management, coordination with internal teams – Operations, IT, SCM, Finance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -
Graduate in Management / Marketing / Communications - 3-4 years prior experience in retail marketing / local store marketing (LSM) / activations, from any of these industries – Retail, QSR, Hospitality .
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS -
Strong understanding of retails / QSR marketing and consumer behaviour - Hands on experience with events, activations, BTL and promotions - Strong communication skills (written and spoken), negotiation and vendor management - Creativity with execution discipline - Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing will be a plus
PERSONALITY, VALUES AND ATTITUDE Self-driven, willing to learn / unlearn and work in a dynamic environment, collaborative and willing to work with multitude of cross-functional teams and external agencies / vendors. This role will involve travel intra-city and inter-city, sometimes extensively. The candidate should be open and willing for the same.
Salary : - 10 to 12 LPA
