We are a rapidly growing IT services company, dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional with strong expertise in LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, and SEO to strengthen our digital presence and generate high-quality B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Drive qualified B2B lead generation by connecting with decision-makers.
  • Manage and optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles.
  • Run both organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns to boost brand visibility and leads.
  • Develop and share engaging content to attract, engage, and nurture prospects.

Email Marketing

  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Build automated workflows (drip campaigns) for consistent follow-ups.
  • Monitor performance, ensuring high deliverability and strong conversion rates.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform keyword research aligned with lead generation objectives.
  • Optimize website pages and landing pages for visibility and conversions.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive inbound leads.
  • Track website traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics from organic sources.
  • Campaign Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze LinkedIn, Email, and SEO campaign performance.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Support additional lead flow through LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads as needed.
  • Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation via LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and SEO.
  • Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator ).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Ability to design and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
