Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant. This role will play a pivotal part in delivering end-to-end payroll solutions for US and Canada regions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud and have a deep understanding of functional and technical aspects of payroll processing, including set ups, configurations, and year-end knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implementing payroll elements with 70% functional and 30% technical expertise.
• Developing and maintaining Payroll Fast Formulas for US and Canada localizations.
• Configuring BIP and OTBI development for seamless integration.
• Ensuring data integrity through large data imports, extracts, and reporting.
• Providing consultation on implementing new software application products or modules.
