Senior Footwear Materials Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Lead research and development, drive technical innovation across all footwear components, with a primary focus on sole molds, polymer compounds, and fabric / upper development
• Oversee the creation and optimization of polymer compounds, ensuring differentiated sole functionality & quality
• Manage the technical processes of sole mold selection to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into the design and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that all technical innovations comply with industry standards and regulations, conducting rigorous testing and analysis.
