v Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Network Expansion
- Defines strategic objectives and develop Network Expansion plans are in line with the strategic intent.
- Identify / explore opportunities, select target markets for network expansion, and finalize desired stretches.
- Compile market intelligence and future developments to mitigate risks and create opportunities.
- Project manage finalization of sites for Network Expansion & ensure the quality of the proposals meeting defined Investment framework.
- Conduct a potential assessment of sites for conventional fuels, alternate fuels, and non-fuel value propositions.
- Facility Planning, approvals & exception handling.
- Real Estate
- Program manage to secure suitably land parcels for new sites.
- Evaluation of Real Estate option from Business, Statutory, financial perspective & recommend.
- Stake holder management to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Handle site acquisition, lease surrender, and other related court cases to safeguard the company's interests.
- Franchise Offers
- Develop franchise offers and manage its communication on varied platforms.
- Evaluate the developed business models regularly, benchmark with industry standards, and tweak offering to keep it updated.
- Franchise Development
- Monitor franchise pipeline and undertake initiatives for generating leads for franchise selection.
- Project manage the franchise selection process for sites and ensure completion within timelines.
- Handholding and onboarding of new franchisees till the OTP stage.
- Strategic Partnership
- Identify customer market research needs and build these into appropriate research briefs with the Marketing Services team to support the project build-up in the specific use case.
- Participate in the research and related insights gathering.
- Project manage & execute the offer development projects including pilots to understand the effectiveness of offers and modifying them to suit the customer / supplier.
- Build RBML presence in the area to enable future activities and rapidly scale up our value-generating potential.

Experience Required :Necessary - Minimum 10 years of work experience in Business DevelopmentDesired - Strategy, Sales, Channel Management or Project Management.Skills Required
