Job Title : BPO / KPO Executive (International Voice Process)

Location : Hyderabad, India

Experience : 0–2 Years

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO / KPO team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, process data, and ensure a high level of accuracy and professionalism in every task.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound / outbound calls, chats, or emails to assist customers with their queries or service requests.
  • Manage customer interactions effectively while maintaining service quality and response time.
  • Perform back-office tasks such as data processing, documentation, and reporting for voice process).
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates and freshers welcome).
  • 0–2 years of experience in BPO, KPO, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
