Hiring : Performance Marketing Manager | Top Consumer Durables Company | Gurgaon

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for a leading consumer durables brand in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and analytics across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads.

CTC : Upto 35-40 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

Build performance marketing plans backed by market research and audience insights.

Launch and optimize campaigns, manage bids, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.

Drive A / B testing, CRM-based personalization, and automation-led improvements.

Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), deliver reports, and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creatives, product launches, and budgeting.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
