Key Responsibilities :
- Coordination for stock-related queries and dispatch purposes.
- Raise invoices related to dispatch.
- Follow up with the transporter for consignment status.
- Maintain minimum stock levels required for local dispatch as per the marketing plan.
- Check material availability based on the dispatch list.
- Plan dispatch schedules in collaboration with the department head.
- Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while supporting drivers and dispatchers.
- Verify orders received from the sales team.
- Prepare packing lists for materials to be dispatched.
- Maintain finished goods (FG) material stock.
- Stay updated on process changes or other duties assigned by management.
