Job descriptionLead and manage a cross-functional marketing service team Drive business growth targets through strategic marketing and service execution Conduct technical presentations to utilities and industrial clients Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance satisfaction Monitor and achieve budget targets Mentor team members for lateral and vertical growth Stay updated with industry trends in asset maintenance and predictive servicing Collaborate with product teams for market alignment Switchgear, High Voltage Equipment, FRCS, Transformers, EPC Projects Familiarity with products from industry peers like : Voltamp, Schneider, Raychem, Kirloskar Electric, Bharat Bijlee, TBEA, etc. B2B Marketing Business Development Customer Relationship Management Technical Servicing Electrical / Mechanical Product Knowledge Multilingual proficiency is a plus

We are looking for a Marketing Servicing Manager (MSM) to join a reputed and growth-focused industrial group operating in the Electrical & Power Systems domain . This is a permanent leadership opportunity with strong internal growth prospects and a pan-India customer base including EPC contractors, government utilities, and industrial clients .
Role Overview
- Title : Marketing Servicing Manager
- Location : Delhi NCR
- Experience : 10–14 years in Marketing / Servicing / Business Development roles
- Education : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- CTC : Up to 12 LPA
- Reporting To : Divisional Manager
- Team Handling : Yes
- Travel : Willingness to travel across India
