JOB DESCRIPTION – Post Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Company : Wellwisher Group

Location : Pune / Mumbai

Department : Post Sales / CRM

Experience : 2–6 years (Real Estate Industry preferred)

🔶 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Post Sales Executive to manage all post-booking activities for our clients. The role involves agreement drafting coordination, payment follow-ups, accounting entries, documentation, and customer support until possession. You will be the key link between sales, accounts, legal, and customers.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Agreement Coordination

  • Coordinate with the legal team for Agreement to Sell (ATS), Sale Agreements, and Registration documents.
  • Share draft agreements with clients and resolve queries.
  • Track e-stamping, registration appointments, and notary formalities.
  • Maintain digital and physical document records.

2. Payment Follow-up & Recovery

  • Follow up with clients for due payments, milestone payments, and delayed EMIs.
  • Prepare payment reminders, demand letters, and recovery reports.
  • Coordinate with banks / NBFCs for loan documents, disbursements & builder financing.
  • 3. Accounting & System Management

  • Prepare cost sheets, receipts, tax entries in CRM / ERP systems.
  • Ensure accurate updating of collections, adjustments, credit notes, and invoicing.
  • Reconcile customer accounts with the Accounts Team.
  • 4. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Be the single point of contact for clients post-booking.
  • Explain payment schedules, documentation requirements & process timelines.
  • Handle queries related to agreement clauses, taxation, interest, statements, and approvals.
  • 5. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Technical & Possession Teams.
  • Track progress of each file and ensure timely completion of all milestones.
  • 🔶 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce / BBA / MBA / Law preferred.
  • Experience in Real Estate Post Sales / CRM / Documentation is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of :
  • Accounting entries
  • GST / TDS (basic real estate understanding)
  • Legal drafting terminology
  • RERA documentation
  • Good communication & client-handling skills.
  • Strong in MS Excel, CRM software & documentation accuracy.

  • Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Post Sales, located in Pune. The Manager Post Sales will oversee post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing client queries, aiding in resolution of issues, and improving customer support processes. The role will also involve collaborating with sales and operational teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency while ensuring business goals are met.

  • Proficiency in Business Planning and implementation to optimize post-sales strategies
  • Exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Customer Service expertise to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Experience in Sales Operations to align post-sales activities with business objectives
  • Ability to lead and train a team to achieve post-sales success
  • Experience in related industries or roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
