JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 12 to 15 years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

Financial System Integration : Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 with financial applications and banking platforms.

Customization & Compliance : Configure Forms, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to meet financial regulations.

Data Security & Governance : Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption for financial transactions.

Automation & Reporting : Utilize Power Automate and Power BI for financial analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection.

Technical Leadership : Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and security within financial Dynamics 365 implementations.

Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure high-speed financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10 to 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) within financial services.

Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial applications.

Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for financial reporting.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience SSIS, XRMToolBox and Kingswaysoft.

Preferred Certifications :

Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Developer Associate

Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect

Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
