Job descriptionIn-person, Bengaluru Immediate start Backed by Better Capital & leaders from HubSpot, OYO, Uber Full-time IC role (not remote) Apply only if you’ve worked at a Tier-1 startup / agency or have Tier-1 undergrad / MBA credentials 3–4 step process with a paid assignment / trial Creator engine : Find A-list talent, craft briefs, automate outreach, scale daily reach to millions. Paid growth : Plan, run, and optimize campaigns. Lifecycle & retention : Design journeys, emails, nudges that convert users to power users. Product-led growth : Spot viral loops and work with engineers to ship them. Analytics : Build dashboards and models, catch anomalies early, fix them fast. Pedigree : Tier-1 degree or Tier-1 startup / agency experience. Proof : A track record that speaks louder than credentials. Drive : Can hustle, lead interns / contractors, and execute independently. Creative + Analytical : Equally strong at scripting ideas and modeling ROAS. Mindset : First-principles thinker with bias for action and optimism. Own Merlin’s growth engine end to end. Work at the frontier of AI and human context. Competitive pay (₹15–35 LPA + bonuses). Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making. Learn fast, experiment faster.
