The Digital Pathshala is one of India’s leading platforms for Digital Marketing training and internships. We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a dedicated HR professional to help us hire the right talent, support our students, and keep our workplace running smoothly.

🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for counselors, support staff, interns, and other key roles.
  • Create and post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Office Administration & Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, vendor coordination, and basic HR compliance.
  • Support management in implementing policies and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Student Placement & Support

  • Liaise with partner companies to schedule interviews and internships for students.
  • Maintain a database of placement opportunities and track student progress.
  • Resolve student queries regarding placements, internships, and certifications promptly.
  • Social Media & Employer Branding (Plus Point)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content showcasing our culture, job openings, and success stories.
  • Manage HR-related posts and campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • 📝 Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of HR, recruitment, or office administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • A positive, student-friendly attitude.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
