We are looking for a skilled AI / ML Developer with hands-on experience in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a strong foundation in machine learning and generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent systems that leverage contextual modeling and protocol-driven architectures to enhance AI performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :
Model Context Protocol (MCP) :
- Design and implement MCP-based architectures to manage context-aware AI workflows.
- Develop protocols for model interaction, chaining, and orchestration across services.
- Ensure consistency and traceability of context across model executions.
AI / ML Development :
Build and train ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Work on NLP, computer vision, or tabular data problems depending on business needs.Fine-tune and deploy LLMs using platforms like Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, or LangChain.Implement MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management.Cloud & Integration :
Deploy models and MCP workflows on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Integrate AI services with enterprise applications via APIs and microservices.Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.Required Skills :
Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in ML libraries.Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).Understanding of MCP principles and context-aware model design.Familiarity with cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).Exposure to enterprise AI use cases in BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing.Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
