We’re Hiring : E-commerce & B2B Sales Executive
Company : Swan Medicot LLP – a leading manufacturer of cotton-based beauty & hygiene products, expanding in the Indian retail and e-commerce market.
We are looking for a motivated E-commerce & B2B Sales Executive to set up, manage, and grow our online presence across marketplaces and B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Nykaa, etc.
Set up and maintain profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc.
Respond to inbound leads, calls, and inquiries from these platforms.
Optimize listings for better visibility, SEO, and conversion.
Handle order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics.
Regularly monitor platform dashboards, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
✅ Prior experience in e-commerce account handling (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.)
✅ Strong communication & customer handling skills (calls & chats)
✅ Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and product content writing preferred
✅ Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
✅ Freshers with good learning attitude may also apply
