Key Responsibilities :
80% Sales :
- Attends Pre-Bid Meetings
- Searches Lead Publications to identify new opportunities
- Coordinating the proposal development process
- Scheduling and facilitating pursuit win strategy meetings, proposal kick-off meetings, and other related
activities, establishing timelines and deadlines
Reviews RFP and bid / qualifications request documents so that client requirements are clearlyunderstood
Works with assigned Manager of Strategic Partnerships to prepare the Proposal Outline &Responsibilities form, in line with the win strategy plan
Works with the Manager of Strategic Partnerships to prepare a proposal schedule that includes ampletime for submittal development, red team review, production and delivery
Coordinates the proposal and presentation effort, working with assigned resources (e.g. GraphicSupport, Technical Team - Estimating, Construction Operations, Building Systems, etc.) to procure and
organize all submittal elements
Tailors proposal narratives, resumes and project profile write ups as needed, including accuratelyproofing and editing text
Monitors progress and reports status of all submittal elements to the Manager of Strategic Partnershipsand assigned resources on a continuous basis to ensure the timely and quality preparation of a submittal
Coordinates Executive approvals as neededMaintains current pursuit data in CRM applicationWorks with the pre-approved vendors during production, printing, and packaging of thesubmittal to ensure a quality final product
