Role & Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers and help them experience Numerize seamlessly.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, assist with product adoption, and provide ongoing support.
Understand customer needs and proactively identify areas where they may need help.
Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements and deliver feedback from customers.
Maintain long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Who You Are
A recent graduate or someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, support, or consulting).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—clear, confident, and empathetic.
Quick thinker and problem-solver, comfortable learning and applying new tools.
Passionate about customers and committed to helping them succeed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly and change often.
