Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Panvel. The Closing Manager will oversee the closing process, ensuring all necessary documents and funding requirements are in place. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and financial institutions, managing loan documentation, facilitating mortgage lending processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, the Closing Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and oversee the final stages of real estate transactions.

● Review and prepare closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

● Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and attorneys.

● Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.

● Ensure all closing requirements are met within specified timelines.

● Maintain detailed records of transactions and documentation.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Well versed with calculations and numbers.

● Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations is must.

● Must have worked in Panvel Market.

● Must have Complete RERA knowledge.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
