Job Title : SCM - Coordinator

Salary : Upto 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination for material delivery between internal teams, customers, and supply chain (SCM).
• Act as the primary contact for customer queries, providing timely resolutions and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to secure payments in accordance with agreed timelines and company policy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Mira team and SCM, to facilitate smooth delivery operations.
• Perform pre-delivery coordination tasks, liaising with both internal stakeholders and customers to confirm delivery requirements.
• Ensure all invoices are signed off and processed accurately, maintaining complete documentation for each transaction.
