Highly Experienced Test Manager Needed

Delivering Excellence in Test Management

As a seasoned test manager, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive test strategies, developing automation plans, leading teams of testers, overseeing test execution, monitoring progress, and managing defect lifecycles.

Key to this role is defining quality assurance policies, procedures, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 25010.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a test manager, advanced knowledge of automated testing, proficiency in Tosca Tricentis, and expertise in work management tools such as DevOps, Cloud ALM or JIRA.

A willingness to adapt to EU shift schedules or travel internationally is also highly desirable.
