The Client Advisory Services team is a rapidly growing team, where we partner with our clients to perform accounting and technology services. Our goal is to leverage the best staff, cutting edge technology, and efficient processes to exceed our clients’ expectations. Some of our services include outsourced accounting, financial statement close assistance, virtual controller / CFO services, and accounting technology solution development.

About the Role

A Client Advisory Associate assumes responsibility for developing their accounting, technical and soft skills; developing the ability to work on multiple projects; understanding the fundamentals of executing diligent client service; learning the work tools used in executing client work; and getting oriented to the Firm’s practices, policies, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to work on engagements with the assistance of senior staff in performing accounting services for client, including but not limited to :
• Preparing and / or assisting with the reconciliation of accounts (bank, credit card, prepaids, liabilities, payroll, etc.)
• Calculating accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenues, etc.
• Recording journal entries.
• Preparation and / or assisting with the workpapers to support financial statements.
• Preparing and / or assisting with the preparation of financial statements and client reports.
• Performs thorough self-review of all work prior to submission for final review.
• Develops proficiency in use of all technology necessary for performance and execution of work.
• Ensures quality control procedures are being followed and executed.
• Maintains positive client and colleague relationships.
• Positively represents and actively promotes the Firm.
• Proactively seeks knowledge, new tasks, and responsibilities.

CA Inter Qualified and completed articleship
