Role Overview :
The Sales Manager, based at Narendra Bhawan Bikaner, will be responsible for managing the hotel's overall sales efforts. The role demands proactive market engagement, relationship building, and consistent revenue generation aligned with the hotel's positioning. The position will also involve regular travel for client meetings, trade events, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and revenue across weddings, local corporate accounts, and travel agent networks.
- Develop and implement segment-wise sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key clients, event planners, and trade partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, property visits, and networking activities within assigned markets.
- Negotiate and finalize rate agreements, wedding packages, and promotional partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to optimize offerings and maximize conversion.
- Represent the hotel and the brand at key exhibitions, roadshows, and client events.
- Track market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to inform strategic actions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury or boutique hotel segment.Proven track record in managing wedding, corporate, and / or travel trade segments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, and brand representation.Passion for luxury travel, cultural heritage, and immersive experiences.Skills Required
