Sr. Python Developer

Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems using Python and related frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.

Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Design and implement database schemas using SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Integrate third-party APIs and data sources.

Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration.

Optimize performance, security, and reliability of applications.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle — from requirement analysis to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in Python development.

Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture .

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB , or similar databases.

Familiarity with Git , Docker , and CI / CD pipelines .

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming , data structures , and algorithms .

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have :

Experience with Celery , Redis , or RabbitMQ .

Familiarity with frontend technologies (React / Vue.js) for integration.

Exposure to AI / ML , data analytics , or automation scripting .
