Job Description :

E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pricing, competition Strategies, digital sales strategy, marketplace dynamics, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Account & Brand Management

Manage end-to-end e-commerce accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, etc.

Develop strategies to grow revenue, visibility, and market share for assigned brands.

Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers to drive brand promotions and visibility.

2. Catalog & Content Optimization

Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, brand store).

3. Marketing & Growth Strategy

Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Ads

Analyze competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.

4. Operations & Inventory

Monitor stock levels, manage pricing strategy, discounts, and margin optimization.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising ROI.

Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports for management.

Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

Requirements :

5-7 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts.

Strong analytical, strategic, and executional skills.

Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and operations.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage internal / external

stakeholders.
