YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for someone who has a thorough knowledge of rental laws and properties and can manage owner and tenant complaints and disputes through constructive dialogue and comprehensive redressal mechanisms. You will oversee the operations of a residential building, ensuring the building's maintenance, security, and financial performance are optimized. You will thus have a unique and holistic opportunity to instill the highest standard of excellence in high end real estate property management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

▪ Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.

▪ 10 years of experience as a property manager or in a similar role in the real estate industry

▪ Familiarity with building maintenance and repair processes.

▪ Experience with property management software and accounting software

Key Responsibilities

▪ Ensure that the building is well-maintained, including building exteriors, landscaping, and common areas.

▪ Manage and supervise building staff, including maintenance personnel, cleaning personnel, and security personnel.

▪ Develop and maintain budgets, ensuring that expenses remain within acceptable limits and handling of petty cash.

▪ Work with the accounting team to maintain financial records, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

▪ Manage resident relations, responding to resident requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

▪ Enforce building policies and procedures, ensuring that all residents and staff comply with them.

▪ Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that services are provided as contracted and at reasonable prices.

▪ Develop and implement plans to enhance the value of the property, including upgrades to the building's systems, common areas, and amenities.

▪ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes.
