Key Responsibilities :
HSE Planning and Compliance :
- Develop site-specific HSE plans and programs aligned with risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure site execution aligns with quality, safety, and environmental standards approved by the client.
- Monitor compliance with work permit systems and safety plans on a regular basis.
- Coordinate HSE studies and update HSE documents as required.
Risk Assessment and Safety Analysis :
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRA), and job safety analysis (JSA).Review and update task risk assessments and job safety analyses.Implement emergency preparedness measures to manage potential hazards effectively.Audits and Inspections :
Conduct internal and external safety audits and site reviews.Schedule and carry out general and specific safety inspections at site locations.Perform fire safety audits and inspections in plant areas.Training and Awareness :
Provide safety induction and job-specific training to site and office staff.Conduct regular training sessions on fire prevention, fire protection systems, emergency preparedness, and general HSE awareness.Organize mock drills and emergency simulations on a routine basis.Documentation and Reporting :
Collect, compile, and maintain safety-related documents from all sites on a weekly basis.Maintain accurate records of executed work and HSE performance.Report incidents and conduct investigations including root cause analysis (RCA).Track the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.Skills Required
