What you’ll do Design high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces in Figma .

Build scalable component-driven design systems used across multiple products.

Translate complex product logic into clean, intuitive user flows.

Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Learn and apply motion design using After Effects / Blender we expect you to pick this up quickly (if you don't know already)

Shape the visual and interactive language of Trao’s brand and products.

What you’ll bring Exceptional design taste you can spot a 1px misalignment.

Deep command of Figma (auto-layout, constraints, interactive prototypes).

Curiosity and hunger to master motion and interaction design .

Obsession with speed, structure, and flawless detail.

Comfort working fast, iterating daily, and handling pressure.

Passion for craft — you love making things that look and feel perfect.
