Job Title : Senior Technical Consultant - Human Capital Management
About the Role :
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical consultant to join our team as a senior technical consultant for human capital management.
Key Responsibilities :
Gather detailed technical requirements from stakeholders and document them in technical specifications.Unit regression testing of RICE components.Consult on requested technical changes and partner with the team to determine best options for design decisions.Analyze impact of technical changes in Fast Formulas and lead meetings to resolve priority issues.Ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large / complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.Develop knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas.Requirements :
A minimum of 8 years of technical development experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.Experience with US and Canada Payroll, including payroll data extracts and template customizations.Strong knowledge of SQL / PL SQL tuning and programming, as well as HDL experience.Experience with SDLC, JIRA, and Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Ability to update RTF templates, develop and support BIP and OTBI, and troubleshoot open cases / issues.Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to prepare technical documents.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.What We Offer :
