Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire new customers and drive subscriber growth in assigned territory
  • Plan and execute daily field visits to generate leads and close sales
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity updates
  • Stay aware of market trends and competitor activity
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work in a field-sales environment
  • Prior experience in door-to-door or community-based sales is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
