People Tech Group (PTG) is seeking an accomplished Senior Advisor / Consultant to accelerate our growth in Aerospace. This role is ideal for a recently retired senior executive or engineering leader with deep operational expertise and proven experience driving digital transformation initiatives within aerospace manufacturing, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul).

As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your industry knowledge and leadership experience to shape our strategy, refine our messaging, guide proof-of-concept (POC) investments, and help us identify and win strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on aerospace operations, manufacturing, and digitalization.
• Advice on how leading aerospace and develop and execute digital transformation strategies, including :
• Digital Twins for Design Validation & Simulation
• Model Based Systems Engineering
• Smart Factories & Industry 4.0, Predictive Maintenance
• Fleet Optimization, Connected Aircraft / Real time monitoring
• Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Digitalization
• Certification & Compliance Automation
• Support business development by leveraging your network to identify and open new opportunities.
• Lead customer meetings and workshops with stakeholders, from executives to engineering and operations teams.
• Guide internal teams on messaging and positioning to accurately capture customer needs.
• Provide direction on use of case development, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry best practices.
