Job description

Role :

Specialist - Candidate Screening

Location : Hyderabad

Shift time :

Night Shift (EST / PST / CST)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Screening / Shortlisting

  • Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Understand client requirements and job specifications to effectively match candidates to roles.
  • Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.

Continuous improvement

  • Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Hiring Managers, Managers Operations and the HRBP’s.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of screening processes and tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and policies.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Coordinate with global recruitment teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in candidate screening processes.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate screening and report findings to improve future
  • processes.

  • Maintain open communication with team members to share insights, challenges, and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving overall recruitment strategies.
  • Job Requirement :

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (BPO / RPO / MSP / Recruitment / Sourcing)
  • Experience of working in customer service / customer relationship or high-volume BPO environment
  • 1-2 years experience in the BPO sector is highly preferred
  • Stakeholder management on Operational management level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into daily productivity
