Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Flexcube (FCUBS) along with exposure to Trade Finance and FCC / AML modules. The role involves creating and executing functional test cases, validating end-to-end banking workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery of Flexcube modules.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and execute functional test cases for Flexcube modules , especially Trade Finance and FCC.

Perform end-to-end testing for LC, BG, Collections, Payments, AML / KYC-related scenarios.

Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams to resolve functional issues.

Validate data, perform environment checks, and support UAT cycles.

Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and ensure adherence to QA processes.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Manual Testing within Banking domain .

Strong working knowledge of Flexcube (FCUBS) functional flows.

Experience in Trade Finance concepts such as LC, BG, Collections, Trade Loans, etc.

Exposure to FCC / Financial Crime Compliance (AML / KYC / Compliance workflows).

Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA , QC / ALM , or other test management systems.

Good understanding of banking domain processes and system integration flows.

Preferred

Experience supporting SIT / UAT phases.

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.

Understanding of Agile methodology.
