Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to manage content planning, publishing, user engagement, and data-driven optimization across our digital platforms. The role requires strong storytelling ability, cultural awareness, and hands-on expertise in content creation and social media operations.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Publishing
- Develop and execute localized content strategies in line with headquarters' marketing direction.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (images, videos, live streams, etc.) across platforms such as social media platforms, and others.
- Create multi-language content (English + local languages), reflecting cultural trends, festivals, and user preferences.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including uploading, scheduling, and maintaining account information.
User Interaction & Community Growth
Monitor comments, messages, and user interactions, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive brand image.Drive engagement through localized activities such as contests, topic challenges, lucky draws, and influencer (KOL) collaborations.Build and nurture online communities to increase fanbase, reach, and retention.Data Analysis & Optimization
Track weekly social media performance (followers, engagement rate, impressions, conversions) and recommend improvements.Prepare monthly reports on account performance, campaign outcomes, and content effectiveness.Adjust content strategies based on insights from analytics tools to maximize engagement and ROI.Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Requirements
Age : 20–28 yearsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communication, or related field.Language : Proficiency in English (native / near-native) and local languages.Work Experience
2+ years of proven experience in social media operations, preferably with large-scale accounts (million+ followers).Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and paid advertising (Existing network and experience in collaborating with KOLs / influencers preferred.Skills
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).Strong analytical mindset; hands-on experience with Excel, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, NapoleonCat, or similar tools.Ability to write engaging scripts, edit videos, and create high-quality visuals.Preferred Attributes
