MDM Process Lead / Owner - Global Master Data Governance

We are seeking an accomplished MDM Process Lead / Owner to define and govern enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) processes for a global FMCG organization (client name confidential). This role will own global MDM standards, frameworks, and governance processes while overseeing a customized MDM solution. While the solution is not SAP MDG, a strong understanding of SAP systems is required to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the global MDM process ownership function, including governance, standards, and compliance.
• Define enterprise-wide policies, workflows, and data governance frameworks across multiple domains (customer, vendor, material, finance).
• Oversee the design, enhancement, and optimization of the customized MDM solution, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to harmonize data standards across geographies and functions.
• Ensure effective integration and alignment between MDM processes and SAP ERP systems.
• Establish KPIs and governance metrics to measure and continuously improve data quality.
• Act as the custodian of global master data governance and the point of escalation for MDM-related issues.
