The Role We’re looking for a  Fullstack Developer  (3–5 years experience) to join our fast-moving product engineering team. You’ll help us build, scale, and improve the core features of our research platform — from frontend components to backend services, APIs, and AI workflows. You’ll work closely with product leads, AI engineers, and designers to deliver polished features that solve real-world analyst problems.

This is a great opportunity to grow into a technical leadership role as we scale.

What You’ll Work On Build and maintain fullstack features across the EQL platform.

Develop scalable and maintainable backend services (e.g., Node.js / TypeScript or Python).

Build modern and responsive UI components using  React ,  TypeScript , and  Tailwind CSS .

Integrate with our internal AI systems and third-party data sources.

Design and implement APIs for feature modules such as agent setup, Q&A workflows, and financial visualizations.

Work closely with the product and AI teams to iterate quickly based on user feedback.

Help shape our development practices, infrastructure, and roadmap.

Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a fullstack developer in a product team or startup.

Strong experience with  React  and  TypeScript  on the frontend.

Proficient in  Node.js ,  Express , or Python-based backend frameworks.

Comfortable designing and consuming  REST APIs  (GraphQL is a plus).

Experience with SQL and / or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Solid understanding of modern development workflows (Git, CI / CD, Docker).

Bonus if you’ve worked with AI / ML workflows, LangChain, or vector databases.

Nice to Have Experience with  Next.js ,  Vite , or other fullstack React frameworks.

Familiarity with Python microservices and data pipelines.

Exposure to financial data models or analytics platforms.

Background in SaaS, fintech, or B2B enterprise products.
