WordPress Developer Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to create custom themes, plugins, and optimize websites for performance and SEO. Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiar with tools like Elementor, WooCommerce, and ACF. Benefits include career growth, skill development, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress themes with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Create and modify custom WordPress plugins & themes to meet project requirements.
- Optimize website performance, security, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways when needed.
- Develop responsive website designs.
- Knowledge of interacting with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
- Strong knowledge of WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, and ACF.
