We are hiring a performance-driven Micro Market Leader - Sales in Goa. The ideal candidate must have a leadership experience in managing sales teams, driving revenue, and growing micro markets.

This role demands a mix of strategic leadership and on-ground execution, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Team Leadership & Performance Management
• . Lead, mentor, and manage a field sales team (FOS / Sales Executives) in assigned micro markets within Goa
• . Set daily / weekly targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure goal achievement
• . Drive team productivity through training, motivation, and field support
• . Achieve customer acquisition, merchant onboarding, and revenue growth targets
• . Client & Partner Engagement
• . Build relationships with local businesses, merchants, agents, and channel partners.
