Ekloud - Salesforce FSL Developer

Role Overview :

We are hiring a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer who will be responsible for building and customizing Salesforce FSL and Service Cloud solutions to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical experience with Salesforce platform development and a deep understanding of FSL capabilities and implementation best Responsibilities :

• Design and develop customized FSL and Service Cloud solutions based on client requirements.
• Implement features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.
• Configure key FSL components such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Territories, Skills, and Resources.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Implement Asynchronous Apex (Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods) to manage data processing.
• Build and manage custom objects, validation rules, triggers, page layouts, and record types.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and product owners in Agile environments.
• Perform unit testing, participate in code reviews, and contribute to deployment strategies.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce Security Model, including profiles, roles, and permission Skills :
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Flow Builder.
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud modules.
• Proficient in REST API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data sharing models.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) is a plus.
