Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Compliance Management : Handle all statutory and regulatory plant and factory compliance, including timely filing and documentation.
- Labor Law Administration : Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, wage regulations, contract labor rules, and employee welfare norms.
- Secretarial Duties : Manage Board meetings, maintain company records / registers, prepare minutes, handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings, and other secretarial work.
- Factory Regulations : Maintain compliance with state and central factory laws, permits, registrations, and licenses.
- Liaison Work : Coordinate with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and government agencies for various approvals.
- Documentation : Prepare, maintain, and update policies, manuals, and statutory documents as required.
- Support to Management : Advise management on compliance risk, regulatory changes, and labor / plant related legal matters.

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.In-depth knowledge of factory laws, plant-related compliance, labor regulations, and related government norms.Good understanding of ROC filing, company secretarial functions, and documentation.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Immediate joiner preferred.Benefits
