Creative Floral Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Floral Designer to join our team at Ferns N Petals (FNP) . The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, color coordination, and floral artistry — capable of bringing life to bouquets, arrangements, and event décor concepts. You’ll be working closely with the product, design, and events teams to craft stunning floral experiences for our customers across categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design innovative floral arrangements, bouquets, and décor setups aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create new floral SKUs for online and retail collections.
• Design floral concepts for events, weddings, and corporate installations.
• Source, select, and maintain high-quality flowers, foliage, and accessories.
• Ensure quality control, freshness, and visual appeal of all floral products.
• Stay updated with current floral trends, color palettes, and design techniques.
• Maintain an organized floral workstation and oversee arrangement production.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate timely deliveries of floral materials.
