Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various IT domains.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles including software developers, system administrators, QA engineers, and other technical positions.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.Proven experience sourcing and hiring for various IT roles.Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, technologies, and skill sets.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and other recruitment platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Benefits :
