Job descriptionPreparation of data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for the target company management Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order analyze the drivers of profitability and Build industry skills and qualifications Learning and deploying new-age technologies to enhance insights and efficiency on engagements (our Writing sections of FDD report Establishing strong working relationships with HL deal teams globally and clients Other ad-hoc pre-acquisition and post-acquisition due diligence and research support tasks Academic qualification : CA / MBA / PGDM in finance / accounting, with graduate degree in accounting Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent written / verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic, and a demonstrated ability and desire to work Strong analytical abilities Working knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or US GAAP) will be preferred Preference for candidates with 1 to 2 years’ experience in financial due diligence / M&A advisory / audit Working knowledge of data analytics technologies such as Alteryx, Dataiku, Tableau, Power BI will be
Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements
- Analyzing in depth financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash
flows)

evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company
tech stack includes Tableau, Dataiku, Alteryx)
Basic Qualifications :
cooperatively with team members and client professionals
