Project In Charge - Electrical / HT Infra

We're seeking an experienced Project In Charge to oversee all site activities for our solar plantprojects, including civil, electrical, Balance of System, and management works. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in solar plant projects and will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and Balance of systems, including :
• PV arrays and mounting structures
• Inverters and electrical balance of system (EBOS)
• Electrical infrastructure, such as substations and transmission lines
• Control systems and SCADA
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, such as IEC and IEEE
• Manage and coordinate site staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project completion
