Role : Atlassian Administrator

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary : We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator with 10 to 12 years of experience

Years of experience needed : - 10 to 12 years of experience

Technical Skills : Primary Skills :

  • Atlassian Tools Expertise : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira (Software, Service Desk), Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products.
  • SQL Expert : Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, working with relational databases, and managing data in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments.
  • GitHub : GitHub administration and support
  • Secondary Skills :
  • Front-End Technologies : Experience with React, AngularJS, and jQuery to customize and extend the user interfaces of Atlassian tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services to integrate Atlassian tools with external systems.
  • MuleSoft Integration experience will be added advantage

Other Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.

    • Certifications Needed :

  • Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
