Job description5-7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Loyalty Management, preferably in Fashion Retail, or D2C E-commerce. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and churn prevention. Experience in conceptualizing and executing reports and dashboards Experience in running multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.

- Use customer data and tools like CleverTap to create targeted segments and automate personalized journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve results.
- Ensure a seamless, personalized experience across all CRM touchpoints to enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with business and marketing objectives.
About you :
Bachelor's Business / Engineering / Statistics . MBA (not a must, but will be good to have)
