🚨 We're Hiring : Quality Manager🚨

📍 Location : Mumbai

🕒 Experience : 8-15 Years

Role & Responsibilities -

1. Responsible for managing Customer complaint across all PLs / All location (Home Electrical)

2. Responsible for Driving RCA and corrective action across all PLs

3. Work with Plan Quality Heads and Vendor Quality Heads of PL (Home Electricals) and drive improvement actions

4. Drive QA Initiatives – PFMEA / DFMEA / Control Plans – and

5. Horizontal deployment of the actions and the lesson learnt across all manufacturing locations

6. Process standardisation – Deploy the key SOPs Quality control plans, for critical processes to ensure uniformity

7. Audit Management – Manage corporate Quality audits at defines frequency and address all non-conformities

8. Drive Key improvement projects – Analyse the data of CoPQ and PPR – identify key projects and drive the same across manufacturing locations
