SleekSky Technologies - Product Manager

SleekSky is looking for a senior-level product leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll shape product vision, translate insights into clear requirements, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile solutions. What you'll do :

1. Own the product roadmap - define goals, scope features, and balance short-term wins with long-term strategy.

2. Turn problems into requirements - run discovery interviews, map workflows, draft user stories, and maintain a groomed backlog.

3. Partner for delivery - work closely with engineering, design, QA, and operations to ship increments on schedule.

4. Measure & iterate - set success metrics, analyse usage data, and propose improvements backed by evidence.

5. Champion quality - ensure releases meet usability, performance, and compliance standards.

6. Lead with empathy - foster a culture of openness, clarity, and mutual respect across time zones.

Must-have experience :

• 5 + years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis for digital products.
• End-to-end delivery track record : discovery - launch - optimisation.
• Comfort with modern web technologies and agile methods (scrum or kanban).
• Strong analytical skills - able to explore data, build simple dashboards, and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written & verbal English; you distill complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, organised, and reliable in a fully remote setup.
