Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Kepware Engineer to lead IT–OT integration initiatives and manage connectivity across industrial automation systems. The role involves working with diverse PLC environments, enabling seamless data exchange between shopfloor systems and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT–OT connectivity using Kepware and related technologies.
• Configure and manage communication protocols for data acquisition and system integration.
• Understand and apply PLC-based connectivity options across multiple vendor makes.
• Collaborate with shopfloor and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow.
• Lead technical discussions and knowledge sessions to share best practices and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.
