Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Solutions Manager

Role : -Role- Lead AMC backend HO team and support regional AMC team to collaborate with field channels and customers to help them manage their Logistics Business smoothly without involving in day to day maintenance activities by offering optimum maintenance package on cost effective way. This effort is aimed at establishing as an industry leader and securing the leading market share.

Main Accountabilities-

A. Business & Processes : -

• Manage new AMC business and system requirements, new AMC offerings and pricing & manage AMC activations.
• Manage Renewal of AMC contracts at right cost to ensuring customer satisfaction & manage high value claims and PPRs.
• Monitor AMC payments, reconciliation and AMC profitability & Manage application Audit & Monitor Top volume / revenue breeding workshops.
