About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in writing automation scripts, working knowledge of Salesforce administration (profiles, users, sharing rules, etc.), and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a global team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes through automation and manual testing.
• Contribute to test planning, automation framework enhancement, and QA process improvements.
• Leverage Salesforce admin knowledge (profiles, roles, users, sharing rules, object permissions) in validating test scenarios.
